Now place the paper table runner over the seated table, and secure
underneath the table with sticky tape.

Now take the Pink & White Stripe Wrapping Paper, cut it to the same length
as the Red & White Spot Table Runner. Now fold this table runner in
length ways, and place one piece on top of the red & white table runner.
This will be the seated table.

Take this 2nd table runner piece and place it on the 2nd children's table,
secure both with sticky tape. This will be the food table.

The Seated Table - photo below

Take the Square Plastic Plates, and place them in each child's place.

Now fold the napkin in half, and place it on the plastic plates.

Then take the teacup, saucer and spoon, and put it on top
of the napkin in the centre of each plate.

I placed a pink strawberry lollipops in each teacup.

Position a stool at each child's place setting.

Take the two red bowls, place them in the middle of the table,

Position the cake stand in the back centre of the table, place cupcakes on top.

Then take the two pink & white spot paper plates, and position at the
front right and left of the cake stand. Fill plates.
I filled the plates with iced arrowroots, and sausages rolls.

Fill the water jug with water or cordial. I used Ribena.

Now fan the spare half folded napkins in the front centre of the table.

Now you have a morning tea party set to impress.
The 4 Little Girls had such a great time, and so did the Grandparents!!!

Because 3 different colour napkins were choosen;

Alternative Options for a Black & White Dinner Setting

Below are a few variations which extend on the
Black & White Table Styling Theme

This is a fun centrepiece, which creates more of a casual mood.

I have taken an extra large fish bowl vase, and placed a white china fish inside it.

This place setting uses a deep bowl (for pasta, risotto, soup or casserole) and side plate.
The side plate is placed on top of the deep bowl.

Then the napkin and cutlery is positioned in the centre of the side plate.

If there is no need for a wine glass in your table setting, this is a different way of styling the table.

Simply place the water glass in the middle of the side plate.

Chic Red, Blue & White Casual Table

This is a great simple casual table setting for a casual weeknight dinner.

I have used a long skinny table, put each table setting as a zig zag
down the table.

I have used circular placemats, in alternating blue and red.

Then went with a circular plate to follow the circular placemat.
I placed the plate  at the bottom of the placement,
so there is room for the tumbler at the top.

I then folded the paper napkin in half.

Placed it flat in the middle of the plate, and put a knife and fork on top.

And added a tumbler, at the top of the plate.

This can be done in any 3 colour combination.

FYI: I got the matching tumblers and serviettes for this setting from Ikea.
